Windows 10 Freezing when Gaming or Rendering

I dont know what the hell is wrong with my computer, please help!

I just built my first PC, everything was working smoothly, installed Windows 10 (I used 7 previously), installed drivers, programs, etc.

Everything was fine until I started doing some 3D rendering... after a few minutes or seconds (totaly random every time) my pc completely freezes, forcing me to reset.

Then I downloaded Minecraft because is a light and easy to get game to test a computer, and after a minute of playing... totally froze again.

As long as I dont force the PC to render anything, it is fine. (Web browsing, Photoshop, old games like splinter cell, all of them are fine)

I feel totally helpless, I already did a lot to diagnose the fault but I just cant.
I did:
-CPU streesing with no overheating or freezes
-GPU streesing with no overheating or freezes
-Windows memory test and memtest86 with no errors
-VRAM testing with no errors
-Disabled video driver, still froze at 3D rendering

I dont have any spare parts to test... what else can I do??

The parts I used to build the PC:
-Motherboard ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
-Processor AMD FX 8350
-1 module of 8GB of RAM Kingston HyperX at 1866Mhz
-Power Supply Corsair 750w modular
-My old video card ASUS HD 7750 which always worked in my old computer

I have a little bit of hope of Windows 10 being the problem, so I will go back to W7, but I dont think that will solve the problem.

Notes about the freezing:
-Procesor heatsink keeps working as if nothing happened
-I can open the DVD / CD tray
-No sound
-No input response
-Case fans also keep working
-GPU fan also keeps working
-No overheating when the freeze happens (CPU 60*, GPU 72*)

Solution
Try setting the CPU to 50% performance in the power options, and underclock the CPU using your overclocking software or powertune. If it stops crashing, it's probably a hardware issue.

Thank you, I set the CPU to 50% and neither minecraft nor 3d rendering froze.
So this means I have a defective CPU? Or could the mobo also be the problem?

It looks until now that the problem is gone. It was Windows.
I switched back to Windows 7 and I havent had a single freeze in gaming nor in rendering. I dont have a clue of why Windows 10 froze on my system, online you can find people with the same processor, mobo and OS with no problems at all.

Who knows, maybe I just had luck until now but will freeze later, I can only wait.

Thank you
