Question windows 10 fresh install struggle

(this is my first post ever) So I guess ill start with my specs

Amd ryzen 3100
asus gtx 1650 super
asrock b550 phantom gaming 4
2x corshair vengance ddr4 3200
teamgroup 256gb m.2
seagate barracuda 1tb HDD (for a laptop)
corshair airflow 175

Now, my issue is that i installed my M.2 wrong when first building my PC forcing me to download windows on my HDD. after weeks of using this i finally fixed my M.2 and wanted to transfer windows over to my M.2 to make my boot process faster. i was unable to do this for some unknown reason (the program i used to clone my windows 10 was saying the sector sizes were too different). So i figured i would do a fresh install on windows 10 onto my M.2, regardless of losing files/data I could care less this problem has been going on far too long.

After hours of attempting a fresh install of windows 10 with a working flash containing that windows install, i am stuck in an endless loop of installing windows 10 properly then my pc reboots, only to be prompted to install windows yet again. i did receive an error code which i believe i fixed by using the command prompt. after tries of reformatting, to removing my HDD, to clearing my CMOS by removing my motherboards battery. I have come out empty handed. ANY HELP LEADING TO A SOLUTION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, I AM SECONDS AWAY FROM STRAPPING MY PC INTO MY PASSENGER SEAR AND DRIVING TO THE NEAREST PC SPECIALIST!!

that was my issue when attempting to clone the windows file over, which ultimately failed. does that also apply to a fresh install of windows? im taking my windows file from a usb.
If you're using a good cloning software, it should be able to resize the installation to the nvme, in actual fact it shouldn't be a problem because the fresh install of windows doesn't take up much space, its the other software that will take up the rest when it comes into heavy usage later on

So I'm guessing you're using free software off the internet that won't do much to help you clone the drive and resize accordingly?
yea, thats what i tried. and it failed. now im stuck in the first installation process of windows cause im now booting off my usb with my windows file. and cleared my HDD of everything after hours of troubleshooting

The problem is with TeamGroup is they don't come with their own cloning software. One of the first question I would have asked before buying NVMEs is that do they come with cloning software, and looked on their website whether they have a download for their drives to clone, and looking at their website.....they don't. Unless you can contact their support to help you on this matter to see if they have failed to list such software, failing that, I would buy Acronis or other cloning software. A bit expensive for one usage, but you may need it in the future when you want to upgrade

Yes, but once you've install windows you have to change it to the nvme in order to stop it going through the installation again
any solution on how i can actually install windows and get into that? ive tried different troubleshooting and all of them told me either my flash is damaged my motherboard is damaged or my nvme, but i dont think my parts are damaged and ive tried different flashes
