Solution
As person above said, you can only have it activated on 1 PC at a time. If you activate it on the New PC it will become inactivated on the old one. YOu don't have to do anything on old one, just follow the link I showed and activate the new PC with your email address.

OEM is the version of windows that comes installed on a laptop, The other form is retail which is sold separately from a PC and about only difference between the two now is you can probably install Retail on more than 2 PC in its life time. Prior to a recent version of WIn 10, you couldn't easily move an OEM copy of win 10 from one PC to another but its much easier now.
If its OEM you won't be able to continue using it on your laptop though. It may work for a while but once it works out its on 2 devices you will have activation problems.

Edit: Scrap that it doesn't matter if its OEM, you won't be able to use it on both devices. You can move it as suggested but not use it on multiple devices.

whats OEM?
i can disactiva my laptop to use it just in my new pc , but how?

Email? That's got nothing to do with Windows Activation - - LOL

Lol ? -.-
i mean login with the email address in 2 device !! cuz i link they key with my email ?! tell if something worng here?

Actually with Windows 10 it has everything to do with activation. Your email is the essence of Windows activation.

Questions:

Where did this Win 100 come from? An Upgrade from something else (Win 7 or 8)?
Or a Win 10 that you purchased and installed?

What is this key activator you speak of?

Upgrade from win7

OK then.
Read and do this: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html

This links your OS license to a Microsoft account.
See if it will transfer that laptop license to your new desktop.

Of course, this means that your laptop will now have no Windows OS license.
A better way is to simply buy a whole new OS for your new desktop. To cover the cost, sell your existing laptop.
