Hello, I got a problem and I need some help.

I got a new pc, it has a Ryzen 5 3550H, 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I did a clean Win10 install.

The problem is I get full system stutters when multitasking, but only if I don't minimize programs. For example, let's say I open 5 programs. If I minimize all of them and only open one window, everything is fine. But if I don't minimize them and just change windows, I get full system stutters.

Any help? Thanks a lot.

Things that I tried: Updating the drivers.

Here are some fix fixes. https://softwaretested.com/windows/how-to-fix-the-stuttering-issue-in-windows-10/ I would first do a clean install of your video drivers. https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/ Next, checking your power plan (Step 3) .

I this doesn't solve your issue, try a clean boot to see if it's a driver conflict https://www.windowscentral.com/how-clean-boot-windows-10 If this solves your issue, you can add services/drivers until you find the one causing the stuttering.
