Question Windows 10 gets stuck after boot up, clean install also stuck.

I'm experiencing a very wierd issue with my PC.
I noticed the OS got stuck twice yesterday, the PC literally responded to nothing other than restarting it from its restart button. This morning it got seconds after booting up, tried to restart several times, it still freezed after several seconds.
I went ahead and formatted the C: drive and tried to perform a clean install of Windows 10 on that drive. Now the installation media gets stuck and getting files ready.
I've tried 3 times already, even loaded default settings in BIOS, but no avail.
I really don't want to format my D: drive too, might be a virus from there causing this issue ?
Please let me know if you have any idea what can be done to solve this problem.

So, I think, I thought a solition, at least for now, while performing 5th clean install, I simply deleted the 1st partition (formerly C and I also deleted the recovery partition, then created a new volume and after that the installation went normally.
Doing the setup process now, so far so good, I think that should be it.
