Help me guys.
I don't know how it started but my pc screen goes black after every few seconds.
Also, some of the icons vanish from desktop.
Though I am able to use my pc in a limited state (which is shown in last part the video), I have to end my explorer.

I have also changed hard drives to check if there is a problem of cables but my previous hard drive works properly.
Please help as this contains very important files (and very large ones)

Specs :-
Desktop
Windows 10 Pro
Processor - Intel(R) Core (TM) i3 @ 3.07 GHz
Ram - 4 gb
Hard Disk - Seagate Skyhawk 2Tb
Bios mode - Legacy
Motherboard - Intel DH55PJ Series

Here are a bit more problems which I encountered.
I can only run pc by ending explorer through task manager and then using Run to use some commands.
When I try to run settings from this pc, it gets hanged.
Whenever I try to run any media file, it doesn't run.

Please help

Since task manager is not blinking, then it's likely an incompatible app/program. I would do a clean boot https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows if you can't run msconfig boot to safe mode. If a cold boot stops the flickering, go back to the msconfig windows start tab and start adding programs (I usually check 3-4 at a time) and when the flickering starts, concentrate on the programs you just added.

Try to boot to safe mode and see if the problem continues.

How to boot to safe mode:
Open the start menu, press the power button, and press restart while holding shift. After that, you will see a menu. Press the troubleshoot button, and then press the advanced options button. Then, press the startup settings button, and press restart. After the restart press either 4, 5, or 6. Then you will boot into the safe mode.

Download malwarebytes and try another scan https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/

Just came to clear all my threads.
Well that problem was sorted out by luck or something. After that condition continued for like months I tried to open task manager like tens of times and I got fast enough to laucfh the task manager and close explorer.exe.
Then when the black screen appears after closing explorer.exe, I launched the task manager and tried running few softwares and they ran like my idle python and many browser started plus my internet got fixed, dunno how
So, after some weeks or months the PC got totally fixed, I don't remember how specifically cuz that was years ago and I forgot about to close this thread
