Question Windows 10 goes straight to Auto Repair and PC Diagnosis

Acer Aspire M3802. Upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7 over a year ago with no problems. Recently Upgraded to Kingston SUV 500 SSD. Cloned using both Acronis and Easeus Todo Win 10 will not boot going straight to Diagnose PC and auto repair exactly same issue. HDD disconnected so PC can only boot from SSD. Same problem. Reinstalled Win 10 on to HDD and cloned again same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Instead of cloning the HDD into the SSD with Acronis, create a image of the HDD and restore the image into the SSD.
Or
Install Windows 10 into the SSD so you don't have to clone it.
