I have an older PC that I use as a media centre. it has my Samsung TV connected to it, by HDMI. its the only monitor connected to the PC. It has had win7, upgrade to win8, upgraded to win10.
After upgrading to Win10, the only downside is that when the TV is turned off, the PC goes to sleep soon afterwards. I dont want this, I want it to stay fully working in the background. Im very PC savvy so know my way around a PC, all sleep options have been turned off. I checked all power profiles, reset them to default, checked and rechecked all the power settings. The PC only goes to sleep when the TV is off, otherwise it stays on.
Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Or what setting i can changed to sort this out?
