Every time I shut down for updates or any other reason, it shuts down just fine, but when the computer's starting up, everything goes fine until it gets to the screen with the turquoise background and the white spinning circles. There it stays for around 4 hours before proceeding to the actual login screen. Has anyone else had this happen? I upgraded from Windows 7.

To reply to Colgeek,
I have no issues in device manager, but a I remember discovering that I have like 40 virtual ethernet adapters awhile back, idk if that could be related.
