Question Windows 10 has 2 minute black screen before login

This randomly started happening a day ago, I replaced my gpu about 2 weeks ago. When I start up or restart, the post resolution looks slightly off, and after the windows loads the screen stays back for about 2 minutes before letting me login, as i Login and get to windows everything’s fine aside from my cpu shooting up to 94 for a quick second, which doesent usually happen, anyone else have the same problem?

The same here started around 1-2 months ago. if you have a motherboard with the little light at the top showing numbers and letters when booting what does it say? for me it is "ae"
