Windows 10 has no signs of booting!

I had a problem with my computer that caused my BIOS not to detect any connected components that I fixed by flashing it with the latest BIOS release from ASUS (Z97-A Motherboard)

Every since, either due to the flash or from me tinkering, my SSD would never again boot Windows 10, not even a sign. As soon as I boot the system it flashes the terminal underscore ( _ ) symbol a few times, as usual, and immediately goes to the BIOS. I have tried switching cables slots power cables EVERYTHING. Nothing works. I have two other drives, one with a copy of Windows 8. The drive with '8' I use for data storage, and have Windows 8 on it for other reasons. Point is, it boots fine to the 'Create a new user screen'. Of course I don't want to create a user so I shut it down.

I also can see the directories through the BIOS so I know my files are still there but how do I restore Windows? I am at a loss completely!

Any help from anyone viewing is, of course, greatly appreciated in advance!
