Windows 10 HD Privileges Problems

Hi I installed windows 10 upgrade from windows 7, and it seems to me that windows 10 didn't upgrade the privileges to the new installation. I'm having access denied on allot of my apps and folders E.A desktop and misc. I have take ownership sub-menu installed but it doesn't work for everything what should I do to be able to access and change my settings? The new installation of windows 10 has my windows i.d and the old one has a PC name?

I already changed security access to its lowest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting up a homegroup on the PC and it may fix the permissions problem
