Windows 10 Help

Hey, does anyone know how to fix this? http://i.imgur.com/sRiYpic.png

It says "You can't keep windows settings, personal files and apps because you've chosen to install windows 10 using a different language than you're currently using"

I've changed my PC language from japanese to english but i dont understand what that meant :l

I've also download it from Microsoft's Japanese site but that didnt work either...

Upgrade your existing O/S with Japanese as it's default language, then switch to English.
