Hello everyone!

I recently reformatted my computer using a USB. Was working fine up until today... just 2 days ago, I put in a new graphics card (installed correctly) and it was up to date. I woke up this morning (keep in mind, my computer was working completely fine yesterday) and I boot up my computer and it loads up and just before it gets to the login screen, it restarts my computer... it will not load windows 10 whatsoever but it will load Ubuntu just fine. I'm using ubuntu as of right now to post this... I have ubuntu installed alongside windows 10. Which also worked fine yesterday.

Dual boot with Windows 10 the default - correct?

Selecting/allowing Windows 10 fails.

Selecting ubuntu boots and works.

Are you able to get into Windows 10 Safe Mode? If so, open Event Vewer and look for error codes and warnings that occur just before or at the time of the restart(s).
