Windows 10 HIGH memory usuage cause computer to run slow.

So recently I upgraded to windows 10 and ever since have been having problem with high memory and it causing my computer to run slow.

it happens all the time. go services and try to disable the Superfetch service and Prefetch [not sure] and the Windows Search service, sometimes they go crazy

Thanks, Funny you mentioned the Windows Search because that started climbing up as well. Would that be why the non-paged pool is so high ?

To Fix Memory Leaks on Non-Paged-Pool:
Changed the registry value instead of using Autoruns:
window + R then type regedit from that look for this
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu

Change the Start value to 4 (for disable).

Windows 10 uses high resources when a tons of services run in background. This problem can be sorted out by creating a new services profile with minimal number of services. This will surely help. This article will be helpful.

Another thing, you have to schedule the automatic defragmentation for daily basis, if not, weekly. This will take care of disk fragmentation that may reoccur due to computer usages on regular basis.
