Windows 10 Home installation

Hi everyone,
I want to install Windows 10 on my new PC. I have chosen the Windows 10 Home 64-bit version.
Now I want to know if I can download the Windows 10 on my mac to put it on a USB-Stick. I buy it from a code on a Dutch web-shop (19,90 euro). Can I download it from my mac to put it on a USB-stick or do I need to ask to a friend if he can download it for me?
