How do I change the picture of the taskbar in windows 10

EDIT: I made a image in photoshop and I want to put it as my taskbar so it fits my backround a example is this: http://prntscr.com/cebnsd

Not sure if there is a way to actually put an image on the taskbar itself.
You could make the taskbar transparent so you can see through it.

Go to Settings/Personalization/Colours
Turn on - Make start, taskbar and action center transparent.
Turn off - Show colour on start, taskbar and action center.

This will give you a smoked black/grey transparent taskbar look.
