If not using the CPU's graphics (by connecting to motherboard) you should lookup to confirm there are VIDEO DRIVERS listed for your addon graphics card for W10.
Once you install W10 you'd need to install the addon video drivers (iGPU drivers will install automatically though), and possibly other drivers though most drivers should be installed automatically.

Follow link and download the 2nd in the list. It's currently v2.82 and about 260MB or something. Download then run. It should then add a realtek link to manage in System Tray. (no point if you use an addon card or...
