What causes the windows 10 inaccessible boot device screen?

Could be almost anything that caused the boot drive not to be seen, drive disconnected, bad cable, bad motherboard port, bad drive, boot options or drive settings changed in the BIOS. You may want to provide some better details about the system specs, when this started and what you checked already if anything.
