Windows 10 Infinite Install loop

So I turned my PC on the other day and it froze at the windows login screen. I didn't have any restore points so I proceeded to reset my PC (didn't have any important stuff on it anyway). Windows was re-installing and as it got to 64% it froze, and rebooted. Got back to the install screen at 64% again, then rebooted again. This keeps happening over and over again and I can't seem to get out of it. Any ideas?

CPU: Intel i5-4430 @3.00ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M-D3H
GPU: Asus Gtx 970

Please do try doing a clean install of Windows 10 instead that may help in solving the issue.
