[SOLVED] Windows 10 install boot loop

I wanted to install windows onto my m.2 drive but whenever i boot from my bootable USB drive and install windows, instead of finishing the install after restarting, it just keeps booting me back into the install again. I have already tried setting the first boot option as the m.2 drive, restarting the pc and then going into the F11 boot menu and overriding the boot onto the USB, but after the install it boots me back into the USB anyway. I have also tried unplugging the USB drive at the end of the install when it starts counting down from 10, but after restart it will just boot me into a black screen with a message saying "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". If anyone knows how I can break this loop and finish the install so I can boot from the drive, the help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a B450 Tomahawk max? based on previous questions

have you tried using boot override in bios? I could guess that is what the F11 menu is but anyway

the booting back into install is a fun bug, most of the time Boot override actually fixes it.
put USB in at boot
go into bios
there really shouldn't be anything in boot order unless windows is already on m.2. if UEFI-USB is still in boot order from this thread, I would remove it - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/windows-10-wont-boot-from-m-2.3739060/#post-22550169
go to save and exit screen
choose boot override
pick UEFI USB Key from list
PC should restart and run from USB once and then swap to nvme

if USB isn't even included in boot order it shouldn't restart from...

removing USB doesn't help, it sort of does still need that as the process of making C bootable isn't finished it yet. All you done is copied windows on, windows restarts a few times during install process and its one of the later ones where you actually using the nvme. I found that out answering a question here before.

Yes, this is a B450 Tomahawk Max, so you're saying I should plug in USB at boot, go into BIOS, have the m.2 as priority boot, and from boot override select the USB and to NOT unplug the USB after the first part?
