[SOLVED] Windows 10 Install loop

Hey people, I have been stuck on a problem I have never experienced before while trying to fresh install Windows 10 from a USB disk to an SSD. Currently, the USB disk is recognized and it asked if 64 or 32bit it then loads the files flashes the Windows Logo for a second, and then start the whole process again. I have attached a link to a video of what is happening. It just does this loop forever.

The computer is a Ryzen 5 1600x CPU, GTX1060, 2 sticks of Ripjaw RAM that I have tested in multiple combinations.

Just check if the ssd is visible in bios
Also make sure your usb boot disk is not corrupted

I don't think ssd is problem there as at that stage of install it is running off ram
corrupt installer is possible I guess
is ram on motherboard compatibility list? how did you test it?
