Windows 10 Install Makes PC Immanently Switch Off

My pc is brand new, all parts are brand new. However, I tried to install Windows on my z370 board containing an i5 9600k and a 1070ti with a 600w psu from evga, The installation process begins and the windows loading screen is shown on the screen along with the gigabyte logo above it. The wheel spins 2 times and then all of a sudden the pc turns off completely.

Please Help!

Gigabyte 1070ti
Gigabyte z370p d3
16gb ddr4 3000mhz (2x8gb)
evga 600w psu

What are you using to install Windows 10? USB, DVD, etc?
