Windows 10 Install -No Disc-

So I'm building my first pc tomorrow and have all my components. I, however do not have an OS disc, but my school has provided me with a Windows 10 key. What will I need to load Windows? Thank you

1. Create your own Win 10 install media here:

2. Disconnect all drives except for the one you want the OS on

3. Boot from that install thing, and install the OS. You will be asked to provide your Windows Key during the installation.

4. Install all your drivers and applications.

5. Later, connect additional drives if you have any.

In the BIOS I set DVD as 1st boot, could hear the Optical Drive running, but at the boot menu it just gave the generic "nothing inserted" message.

sounds like you just brunt th image to disk and didnt mount the image using tools like deamon tools can made a copy, or use rufus to make a usb boot key (pen pen drive)
