Hi - I am hoping someone here can help with a problem on a new build. Components are listed below.

Everything is working fine, except we cannot load Windows 10. We have a boot file, created off the Microsoft download site, on a USB, but as we go through the install process, we eventually reach a point where we get an error. It reads "no device drivers were found". We've tried using different USB ports on the machine, but no luck.

Can anyone provide some advice or tips? They will be much appreciated, thanks!

What do you think of this possibility. I know that this issue can arise from trying to install through a USB 3.0 port. We have tried both 3.0 and 2.0 ports without success.

However - it turns out that our USB drive is 3.0. Could that be the source of the problem? Should we try creating a new install on a USB 2.0 drive?
