Windows 10 install stuck on blue windows logo

Hey,
I've been having a lot of issues with my windows 10 refusing to install, I'm currently running linux.
My windows 10 installer had the

0xc00000f winloader.exe

error. I reformatted the drive and went ahead with installing it again. But my windows 10 installer didnt even start, I was stuck on a screen like http:// this. (Please do note that this is not my computer.) I've tried everything, including unplugging just about everything, redownloading the iso to my USB drive, but the dang installer won't start! My specs are;

• 
  An MSI 760GM-P23(FX) motherboard
  AMD Phenom x955
  8GB of corsair vengeance lpx DDR3 RAM
  Corsair CX600M Powersupply
  An RX570 4GB (ASUS STRIX)
  A Samsung 850 EVO 120GB
  And two misc. Older drives
  

I've tried a windows install that was preinstalled on another drive, and that worked like a charm. But for some reason the installer just won't start. Mind you, my computer is totally fine and functioning on my Linux install!
