so i want to upgrade my pc will all new parts and want to get a ssd now with all new parts can i install windows 10 on the new ssd with my old product key or would i have to buy windows 10 again?

You should be able to reuse your current license, if you purchased it. If it came with a pre-built system, you may have issues.
