When trying to install Windows 10, there is first a Blinking Cursor in the upper-right hand corner - and then the Windows Logo appears for less than a second before disappearing.

The screen then goes blank and nothing else happens. The machine does not turn-off, but there is no more indication that Windows should be installing.

I have tried different RAM (initially, I was using ECC RAM but then I read that this type of Memory is only supported in the models that come with a 635 watt Power Supply).

I have also tried using an Intel XEON E5-1603 CPU and a different model SSD.

Nothing seems to change the problem or allow Windows to install.

Why is the Windows Logo appearing at all? The system does seem to know that the USB is that (and this same Windows 10 USB has been used to recently install OS on other machines).

What is likely causing this to happen?
Is there any possible fix?

If you have other machine nearby and you have access to it, try to install Windows 10 on that machine (on your own SSD), after the installation is successful, remove the SSD and put it back to the machine in question. I've used this solution more than once in the past.

It makes no difference as long as your Win10 installation is not activated.
