Specs:
Dell Precision T3600 Workstation (425w Power Supply model)
CPU: INTEL XEON 2670
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K600
RAM: 32GB Silicon Power DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) 240-pin CL11 1.35V / 1.5V Unbuffered UDIMM PC Computer Desktop Memory
SSD: 128GB Silicon Power 2.5"
---
When trying to install Windows 10, there is first a Blinking Cursor in the upper-right hand corner - and then the Windows Logo appears for less than a second before disappearing.
The screen then goes blank and nothing else happens. The machine does not turn-off, but there is no more indication that Windows should be installing.
I have tried different RAM (initially, I was using ECC RAM but then I read that this type of Memory is only supported in the models that come with a 635 watt Power Supply).
I have also tried using an Intel XEON E5-1603 CPU and a different model SSD.
Nothing seems to change the problem or allow Windows to install.
Why is the Windows Logo appearing at all? The system does seem to know that the USB is that (and this same Windows 10 USB has been used to recently install OS on other machines).
What is likely causing this to happen?
Is there any possible fix?
