[SOLVED] Windows 10 installation loop

I want to change windows 10 32bit to windows 10 64 bit, and when i get to the installation program i choose Windows 10 Home, and the partition with the most memory (the one that is automatically chosen) and format it, and when everything has been installed it says the computer needs to be restarted, and when it starts it get to the same installation program like nothing happened?

If you are using a USB remove the usb as it restarts, this will fix the loop.

If a DVD, remove the disc before the restart and then the loop ends. I have never had the issue with disc, only usb install.
