So as you probably know, when you buy Windows 10 Retail edition, you get an USB that serves as installation media. I installed Windows 10 ages ago, but out of sheer curiosity I connected that USB to my PC again today and noticed it holds a whopping 14GB of free memory. Now you might say that's not much, but consider that microsoft could've made these USBs to specifically hold only the amount needed for Windows down to the last MB.
Back to the point. The thing I'm asking for here is how I can format the USB. It has read-only mode enabled, and I can't turn it off with diskpart. Do you guys think its read-only from the factory, like SD cards have that little lock but for example this USB is already locked with no option to unlock?
