I can see several different M.2 drives in the Bios and can comfirm they work and can be partitioned on other devices. However it can't be found when installing Windows 10 through bootable USB despite being visible in the BIOS. Tried clearing secure boot keys and disabling secure boot. Tried formatting the M.2 drive through an external cable. No idea why it can't be recognised.

The old M.2 that was in it was bitlocker encrypted and the client can't remember her bitlocker key. Is this possibly why I can't install a new M.2 drive.
The screen was also broken when laptop was brought in for repair.

Any help would be great
