Question Windows 10 installer usb not loading

Brand New PC just finish putting together all the parts, and when I try plugging in the usb installer it gets stuck on the gigabyte loading screen. I tried using the usb on my other computer it loads in to windows install just fine.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
CPU: i5-9600k

Yes
Im currently using WD Blue 500GB SSD

When I am able to access the installer usb drive this is the screen that gets stuck at

Can you get into the boot menu and ensure that you're booting from the USB? Did the SSD have another windows installation on it before this?

The SSD is brand new
And in the boot menu I have
Generic Flash Disk 8.07 which is the usb
and UEFI: GEneric Flash Disk 8.07, Partition 1
I dont know why there is two version of the usb,but both of them doesnt seem to work
