Windows 10 installion

Hello there. I just bought a 60gb SSD and I am kinda curious how do I get the OS there. Would it work fine if I install a clean windows 10 to the SSD and i have another windows 10 on my old HDD which is also connected to the PC?

It should work, yes - provided the SSD is your boot priority #1.

You could redirect things like Steam to look to the HDD for your games, but your applications would need to be reinstalled.

FWIW, a 60GB SSD is tiny by 2018 standards, and will require a lot of management to ensure you're not getting close to maxing it out.
