Windows 10 + Intel HD4600 + Sony LED TV Issue

I have connected my PC to a Sony LED TV with Widows 10 and Intel HD 4600
but the issue is the text and color in my screen looks fuzzy

Please help me to fix it!

I made few changes from TV settings but now the text looks little bit blurry

Hello,

Do you have "PC mode" somewhere in the options? You want that OFF.

Do you have Sharpness too high? You want Sharpness: 0

Do you have any dynamic settings on? (Contrast, brightness, color, etc), you want all of those OFF.

Did! but text in my windows looks blurry

Hmm, I'm not sure what's wrong then. It's really hard for me to judge whether or not it's your graphics card or display because I've been trying different screens for my projector so I'm projecting on my wall, and it highlights everything on the wall so my picture is already blurry. 😛
