Windows 10 internet problems

Hi i recently bought a new pc and it has windows 10 on it-The main problem is that i cannot connect to the internet-It say indentifying(unidentified internet,no internet).I tried 3 ethernet cables,i tried so many comands in command prompt(ip config/flush-release-renew ,netsh winsock reset,,netsh int ip reset.I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers,changed adapter settings,chose manually my ip adress and dns server.nONE of those things work i hit the rockk bottom.I've been trying to fix it for the past 4 hours without luck.So if there are any of you internet geniuses out there help pls,i'm close to punching my modem and my monitor-

Did you also get a disc with drivers with that PC? If not do you have access to another computer in order to download the proper drivers?

I have a laptop and i tried that i typed in the name downloaded it installed it via flashdrive still nothing idk what to do.

I just tested it on my laptop it doesnt work there either so i guess its not the pc its the router
