Windows 10 is restarting not shutting down if I use the sleep mode !

Hi! I've just updated my windows 10 64 bit through auto update
But now I have a very strange problem ... when I close the lid putting the laptop in sleep mode everything is OK even when it wakes up but when I turn it of it simply restart after 3 seconds !
I noticed that if I do not put the laptop in sleep mode at all it shuts down normally without any issues but if put the laptop in sleep mode then the next shutdown will turn into restart !
I tried many things including checking the network devices making sure none of them can wake the system up ...
My laptop is s-762 with core-i 5 3220 and 8 GB ram and 128 GB SSD

One thing you can try is if the laptop came with some garbageware from the manufacturer that will interfere with your windows power settings, good luck
