Hello :)

So i reset my laptop like a week ago because i had minor issues with a game, but since then my windows 10 taskbar has been really strange, i can't access my research bar anymore, neither can i access the windows 10 button ( bottom left ).
There's also a lot more things who just stopped working for me, one of the most annoying being the Bluetooth.
Can't access my settings anymore too.
Taskbar icons that still work: contacts, keyboard language, Microsoft store, files explorer, mail, MSI dragon center and all the shortcuts i pin to the taskbar (google,...)

Taskbar icons that don't work: Windows button, research bar, internet, battery, Time, notifications ( bottom right)

Also when i right click on my desktop it just crashes, the mouse starts loading forever and i can't access anything on it, like when a program has stopped working.

I've already tried a lot of solutions to similar problems that I found on google, but none of them really helped, i wanted to reset my pc again but i can't go further than a week, and i already had the problem at that time.

Please Help me, it really is an issue and thanks in advance to anyone who took the time to stop by and read this and tried to help me get out of this situation :)

what type of reset? keep files and settings or factory reset?

Reset function isn't perfect, if given a choice i would clean install rather than reset. And it sounds like you need one too.

I would copy anything off PC you need to keep
perhaps load into safe mode and see if its as slow to react
on the login screen
click the power button in bottom right of screen
while holding shift, click restart
this restarts PC in advanced startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

copy anything off PC in this mode as it shouldn't be as slow.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
Clean install:
boot from installer
