you will want to start cmd.exe as an admin, then run
sfc.exe /scannow
then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this will help to fix any corrupted windows core files that may occur when you copy from a USB device.

then go to your machine vendors website and down load any current drivers for windows 10.
(if there are any, many current machines will have them, really old ones will not)

--------
you have a 32 bit CPU, just looking at the error codes
they indicate memory corruption and code corruption.

Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000001d (3221225501) - {EXCEPTION} Illegal Instruction An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.

you should copy your memory dump files to a server like microsoft onedrive, mark the files for public access and post a link.

I would also confirm the CPU is not overheating (make sure vents are not blocked)

I have a 64 bit possessor on a 32 bit system could that be the big issue
and no file uploading service will allow me to up load those
also have done those commands will update to see if that worked

you can wipe the system and change to a 64 version of windows after your system is activated.

microsoft onedrive, google docs and mediafire seem to work pretty well for uploading the larger minidump files.
(mediafire seems to throttle the downloads if I download more than 3 or 4 memory dumps in a day.)

windows is giving me some weird permission issues when i try to send the mini dump files and how would you go about upgrading to 64 bit

files in the minidump directory are owned by the system. You can make copies of them though and then transfer the copy.

ie you can open the files in the minidump directory in read only mode and make a copy and put the copy in a directory that you have full rights to. you then would have full rights to the copy.

Windows does this because of the windows error reporting, the debug files are sent to microsoft, they can push out a fix if it is a software problem.

I would download a new copy of the windows 64 bit version and wipe the current install and do a clean install of windows 10 64 bit, then add the 3 updated drivers from the msi website.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

-------------
pick up the 3 new drivers from the msi website:
http://us.msi.com/support/mb/970-GAMING.html#down-driver&Win10 32

(get the 32 or 64 bit version depending on if you reinstall the OS)

looking at the first memory dump: driver used a bad memory address. (write to memory address zero)

find out why all of your windows defender updates are being blocked.

you have 6 blocked updates. I would just delete them, looks like they came out before windows 10 was released.

do you need this old driver:
Silicone Labs USBXpress Development Kit
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\SiUSBXp.sys Thu Jul 15 15:28:13 2010
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\SiLib.sys Thu Jul 15 15:08:35 2010
