Stuck in Preparing Automatic Repair for my Windows 10 it doesn't go to Diagnosing PC it keepseems on rebooting back to the same page Preparing Automatic Repair

Usually, if you power it off and back on a few times it will offer you the alternative options, one of which will be Command Prompt.

That's a good place to start so you can run Checkdisk (chkdsk /r) and System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to check the disk for errors and replace any missing or corrupt Windows files.
