Windows 10 Keeps crashing without BSOD

I recently moved to a new apartment. When I moved I probably changed the USB ports into which I put my devices (Mouse/Scanner/UPS monitor), but other than that no changes. I cleaned the fans out with compressed air. Other than that no major changes.
As soon as I had it hooked up I started getting crashes. No BSODs just unresponsive periods where the computer just progressively becomes less and less responsive (either freezes or goes to a black screen where you can move the cursor with the mouse but nothing else.) The computer boots up fine and the crashes occur between 10 minutes and 4 hours later. I have tried the following
Reinstalling the video drivers (running most recent AMD drivers for my 7970)
Reinstalling the printer drivers (i have an HP Office Jet 6830 network printer
Reinstalling the USB 3.0 Etron driver (I used the most up to date driver available for my motherboard, and ASRock 890gx pro 3); other ASRock drivers are up to date.
Ran Windows memory test x 2 (all clear)
Ran DISM and SFC (both 100% fine no errors reported)

I am running an 890gx pro 3 asrock with an FX8350 which has always run rock solid. No overclocks 16gb ram. System has always been rock solid until now.

I am racking my brain to think if there is anything else I might have done during the move that
might have triggered this, but I can figure anything out.

The event logs are unhelpful. Is there anything else I can use to look at what was going on with the computer at the time of the crash? I used WHOCRASHED but since it isn't generating a BSOD no DUMP files are being created.

Thanks for any help!

So I noticed my temps on HWMonitor were hanging out in the 50's/60's... i might have caused a titanic amount of dust to shift with the move. I took the computer and cleaned it out with some compresse air... so far no random boots and temps are now in 30's/40's. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
Check all your connections inside your pc pull the power cord out push the power button to remove what power that is still in the system then go over every connection in the pc there may be one loose .... just changing your usbs around wouldnt cause this.
also if you can find anything loose it may be your power supply... also check and see if your ram is seated properly.

Would a hardware issue present like this? The system is not rebooting randomly; it is hanging/freezing. The reason I was suspicious of software is because when I booted up the computer it reinstalled some of the peripherals, presumably because I changed USB ports. I will recheck all the connections tonight and get back to you.

CPU cooler- the temps have been a little hotter than usual but in the 40's should not be enough to throttle the system. Have not been running anything graphic intensive so I doubt it is the graphics card.
Ok I will try running without the USB devices (except for the mouse, which i reinstalled)
