Windows 10 keeps deleting itself after restart.

Ok so I got a virus on my PC so I wiped my drive. I bought windows 10 online and I made a boot drive. Well every time I restart my PC it Deletes windows 10. Can anyone help?

How do you say it gets deleted? How do you boot Windows 10 from a DVD or USB? When you restart your PC is the bootable drive still connected with the PC?

I resolved my issue I was downloading the wrong drivers
