Windows 10 keeps freezing

Hello, I have a problem with my pc. I had win 10 32bit upgraded from win 7 bit.. everything worked well. But I wanted to play some games that are for 64 bit. So I officialy created usb image from official downloader and cleaned installed win 10 64 bit with formating dics. Well... in last steps of settings after instalation right before first welcome screen computer freezed.. I restarted..but it freezed once more and it keeps freezing randomly after some minutes... I even reinstalled it like 2 times.. updated bios, updated chipset drivers and like that..but it still do the same. It keeps the screen, just cursor freezes, keyboard too - caps, num not responding.. sometimes it showes me bsod with clock watchodog timeout.

4 gb ram ddr3, i3 3,3 ghz, r7 radeon series 200

Some things I would try:
See if there is a bios update for your motherbd.
Test the ram overnight. I use memtest86+
Try installing the OS without the AMD GPU installed. Reinstall it after loading all your motherbd drivers.
