I was trying to install a program when I restarted my computer. Now when I launch, it keeps giving me this inaccessible boot device error.

I can't run it in safe mode to see what's going on. I also tried a system restore and a startup repair, still nothing. Also, all advanced boot menu items do not work either, for I get the same error. I've tried changing stuff in BIOS but it doesn't work.

How can I fix my issue? I want to keep all my data on my computer because I have photos and important documents on there.

Solution
could be conflict with your secondary drive? try removing all your drives from the sata cables, remove usb devices, gpu and then try booting again w/ only your system drive.

what type of software did you try to install btw? if the solution above doesnt work for you. then go to troubleshooting. command console. and try to type any of the following or all (no harm in doing all of it) :)
* sfc /scannow
* chkdsk /f c:
* shutdown /r

if it wont work, then you will need to get a Windows installer to reinstall a fresh copy. this time with ONLY one drive connected to your motherboard. you will need to find a way to transfer your data files to a different drive in another computer. prepare a usb drive (at least 8GB) or write into a DVD with...
