Question Windows 10 keeps looping after reinstalling

I dont know what prevents windows not to successfully load, after reistalling it shows only welcome, and for a secound it's blue, i think that means it wants to process further and then back again to the welcome thing.. its just an infinite loop

reinstall from latest installation media?

Proccesor: i7 7700
GPU: nVidia geforce 1070
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
Hard drive: 1 terra
SSD: 150g or smth like that, dont remember exactly
OS: windows 10 home 64 bit

I tried everything, i've taken gpu, rams, battery from BIOS, and reintroduced back and still nothing

My windows was on my ssd

test with 1 stick of ram, and with the igpu only?

I mean i took put my rams, cleaned a bit cuz i thought maybe some dust has entered somewhere and didnt make the contact properly, then i ve put it back, same thing with the gpu and bios battery,
I think the problem is with my ssd, because whenever i disconnect my ssd from my pc, it shows to me the bios menu, and i dont know if it has something to do with it,
Should i try a new windows 10 on a stick or should i disconnect my ssd forever and put my windows on my hdd, or its something that can i do to save my ssd or smth, im not so proffesional when this situations comes
