It happens whenever I'm trying to render 3D stuff.
My system specs are:
Asrock X370 Fatal1ty MOBO
AMD Ryzen 1700X (Default Clock)
GSkill Flare X DDR 4 8GBx2 (AMD Certified)
Crucial MX200 SSD
Gigabyte Aorus 1080ti

What could be the possible reason for the error?

Solution
Hi, so after turning off some background processes (Onedrive, Rainmeter, Steam, Origin, etc.) I tried rendering again and no more crash.
I guess one of them was trying something funny, i dont know what exactly but yeah. Im going to test by turning only one off each time and see what was causing the problem.

Though I dont know why but i'm thinking onedrive could be the culprit
I have the same problem with overclocked ryzen 1700 chip.OS doesn't matter Windows 10 or Windows 7.I have no idea why the CPU is crashing at 3.8 ghz in sertain games(crashes when i host most of the time) And it runs Prime95 without any problems.
Ryzen 1700 crash at 3.8Ghz (130W max power draw)
Mobo is Asus Prime X370 pro
PSU -Corsair RMi-850W
CPU is cooled by water block(custom loop). It shows it as Kernel power error all the time like there is not enough voltage for the core even when i add extra voltage manually.Auto overclock at 3.65Ghz @1.18v runs with 0 errors

So I assume its a general problem then? Really weird, I also ran prime 95 overnight without any problem, none of the other cpu stress tests seem to be able to tell me whats wrong. Games run fine too, so does rendering through AE,or Premiere, its just crashing while rendering 3D.

I'm having the exact same issue. See this thread for my steps. No solution yet. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3637206/system-auto-mid-power-reset-buttons-unresponsive.html#20680015

Wakafaka and I have the same motherboard and I was already suspecting it's that. Will be exchanging it for a new one. It could be the chip but I'm leaning towards the board.

I've ruled out ram, oc, and heat. My PSU was used in 3 previous builds with no issues, so no reason to think it would suddenly start. I'll post back in both threads after it's swapped out.

Interestingly I have the same Motherboard and the same issue.

I have updated to the latest chipset drivers from ASUS, I have the latest AEGIS microcode that ASUS have released for the board.

I haven't had the chance to try a different PSU yet. But I have a Corsair HX850i which doesn't appear to show any errors.

Would love to hear is anyone has solved this...
