To be honest sir. I'm on a tight budget for my first build. I myself dont like piracy. I dont even pirate games but from what I see I hate capitalism. Windows 10 key is cheap in other countries but in US and Canada. It cost a lot. I'm on the verge of choosing a cheap but pirated one or a legit windows 10 key.
This is my first build but my budget is only 900-1000 Canadian Dollars https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/hBx3XH but my mind,heart, and soul is still confuse if ill buy from kinguin or vuugo. Its hard for me to change my build plan again 🙁

You can run windows 10 with very few limitations until you can afford a legit key , no piracy involved.
