My windows 10 install is kinda sluggish after fresh install. Icons on start menu take up time to load and sometimes go blank (a white icon with a folded corner) is shown.
Games crash sometimes and I have to hard restart the pc.
I have never faced any issues previously with exact same setup. And some applications previously which were a breeze to install i couldn't install in normal mode and had to take it to safe mode.
What could the issue be?
All drivers were same as before.
I had to reinstall because Windows 1809 messed up the pc, I am now on windows 10 1803.
I formatted the C drive and installed the OS there from a USB 3.0 Drive.
CPU, Motherboard, GPU(vega 11) all temps are normal.
I have a SSD as boot drive.
