Windows 10 Laptop Dead

It seemed I was stuck in a boot loop, my laptop kept going from a black screen to white and nothing was appearing. I got the hard drive backed up to another and when I put the new one in, it boot into a screen with an error code: 0xc0000225. It says I need recovery tools even though the software came pre installed. When I try to go to start up settings it doesn't let me, nothing on the screen works.
Any help is appreciated, I think I might have to call MSI and ask for a recovery disk.

Not knowing what version of Windows you have or what you used to clone that hard drive, this is about all I could tell you.

Hi,

I would take the hard drive out and see if it is detected in another computer.

If it does; download hard disk sentinel and check the health.
Might want to run a chkdsk /r on the disk.

Then test if boots.
