It will hibernate if I manually select that option from the power menu, but it will not go into hibernation on its own (even though I have it set to do so after 15 minutes). Also, I don't know if this is related, but I am no longer able to adjust the screen brightness. The laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 3. I started running into problems like this after I put in a new hard drive but I fail to see what the connection is.

if pc doesnt sleep/hibernate on its own then open cmd/powershell with admin rights and run this command
powercfg /requests
that will tell you if some app/driver/service/etc is preventing your pc from sleeping

screen brightness is gpu driver related

I somehow managed to get Powershell to start in admin mode and got this result:

"
DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
None.

AWAYMODS:
None.

EXECUTION:
[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\usocoreworker.exe
USO Update
[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\usocoreworker.exe
USO Update Installaion

PERFBOOST:
None.

ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
None.

PS C:\WINDOWS\System32>
"

Any thoughts?

Also I can't update windows because it thinks I have something called "VirtualBox" installed.
