Windows 10 Limiting RAM

What is the difference between Windows 10 Home, Pro, and Pro Workstation as to limiting physical memory....Will this affect Application memory as well?

With a 64bit install, the "limit" is far outside normal use or motherboard capability.

Win 10 Home - 128GB
Win 10 Pro - 512GB
